Our accelerators are specialized programs aimed at embedding SDG-aligned practices deep into business operations and across value chains, facilitating significant progress toward the 2030 Agenda. These programs provide participants with access to thought leadership content, best practices, and a variety of global and local engagement opportunities, including training and mentoring. By participating, companies can enhance employee engagement, build professional networks, and achieve concrete outcomes aligned with the SDGs.
The United Nations Global Compact offers several accelerator programs designed to help companies integrate sustainable practices and contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Business & Human Rights Accelerator

This six-month program assists companies in transitioning from commitment to action on human rights and labor rights. It guides participants in establishing an ongoing human rights due diligence process, enabling them to identify, prioritize, and address their human rights impacts effectively.
Climate Ambition Accelerator
Applications now open.
Over six months, this program equips companies with the knowledge and skills needed to set and achieve science-based emissions reduction targets aligned with the 1.5°C pathway. Participants learn to develop strategies for transitioning toward net-zero emissions by 2050, gaining access to best practices, peer learning, and expert guidance.
SDG Ambition Accelerator

This six-month accelerator challenges and supports companies in setting ambitious corporate targets and integrating the 17 SDGs into core business management. Participants assess current performance, identify risks, and discover new opportunities across business units to drive transformative change and long-term growth.
SDG Innovation Accelerator
Applications closed.
A nine-month program designed to empower young professionals (35 years or younger) within participating companies to collaborate and drive business innovation aligned with the SDGs. Participants engage in workshops, mentoring, and project development to create solutions that contribute to their company’s sustainability objectives.
Target Gender Equality Accelerator

This nine-month program supports companies in setting and achieving ambitious targets for women's representation, equal pay, and leadership in business. Through performance analysis, capacity-building workshops, and peer learning, participants deepen their implementation of the Women’s Empowerment Principles and strengthen contributions to SDGs 5.5 and 8.5.
